Patchwork has a long history across many cultures, as a means of keeping warm and making best use of valuable fabric scraps. This course will take you through different hand-stitching techniques, which you can practice and carry on at home. This is slow sewing, allowing an oasis of calm and companionship away from the stresses and strains of our outside lives. With textile tutor Sue McNamara.
You will need basic sewing skills and your own seeking kit for this course.
