Join Emma Tilley for an early morning yoga class in the light and airy Pavilion overlooking the beautiful Walled Garden. Get your body moving; get stronger, find balance, find strength and ease. Each 60-minute session includes a blissful relaxation to leave you feeling ready for the rest of your day. All abilities welcome; options are given to make poses as accessible or as challenging as individuals need them to be.
