The Museum in the Park’s last day open of 2026 will be Sunday 21 December. We are then closed until Saturday 24 January for our annual Deep Clean. We’d be delighted to see you at some of our Festive Winter Events before we close!

Museum Explorer Trails

Look out for a special new family trail exploring Christmassy, Wintery objects around the Museum. Free, ask at reception.

During our Deep Clean closure, we’ll also be working on some exciting new Museum displays and an enchanting new exhibition for the Art Gallery. We look forward to seeing you again in the New Year and thank you for all your support.
