Come along and help measure the toughness of different chocolate bars to understand how their structure affects their strength and discover how material science relates to the real world with the team from Discover Materials. There might just be some chocolate treats to nibble too!

Then explore Museum in the Park using our Great Material Hunt to think more about what things around us are made of. Free half-term drop in activities for families with children aged 5+, donations welcome.
