Same Sea, Different Boat is a global quilt project consisting of collagraph printed and stitched stories. Over 600 artists positively describe their experience of the pandemic by creating a collagraph plate printed onto fabric embellishing these prints with stitch. These small narratives have been joined together by Sue Brown, Catherine Kingzett, Liske Johnson and Louise Asher to make a large social documenting quilt made up of 7 panels We were all experiencing the same pandemic, but all in very different ways. We were all in the Same Sea, but not in the Same Boat.
