Saturday 16 April is the 200th anniversary of the birth of Colonel Edmund Gilling Hallewell at Stratford Cottage, Stroud … "A serious figure in history, and a well-known artist”. To mark the occasion, we offer you a chance to join Mr Quill, alias local history buff Steve Hill, and a special guest, for a light-hearted and illuminating history walk around the park.
For adults and ages 16+, please wear sturdy boots or shoes. Sorry, this particular walk is not suitable for wheelchairs or buggies – some pathways are steep and uneven. Ticket price includes tea and coffee after the walk.
