Community exhibition in Gallery Two
This exhibition shows artworks made by members of the public in celebration of the beautiful and increasingly rare limestone grasslands of the Cotswolds. Each piece of work has been created on paper handmade by artist Joanna Callaghan using wildflowers and grasses typical of local chalk grasslands. Children and adults took a piece of the handmade paper and using natural art materials made an image showing what this wonderful natural habitat meant to them. The beautiful and varied pieces of art were all made as part of the Limestone Living Legacies Project run by Bank from the Brink.
Join in and have a go at the drop in family workshop on Sunday 23 February (note new date - changed from 16 February).
Discover more about the project by attending a talk with artist Joanna Callaghan and conservationist Jennifer Gilbert on Thursday 5 March at 2pm (tickets £5, advance booking advised).
