... extra performance by popular demand!
“In a ramshackle home-made shed high on the salt-licked shingle, a home-made man is having a love affair with radio. And a love affair over the radio. A love affair partially conducted in morse code, if you will. A lo-fi stand-up spoken word theatre show about imagination, invention and the magic of the airwaves. Oh yeah, and love. Of sorts. Suitable for anyone with a human soul.”
We're delighted to announce that Jonny Fluffypunk will be back at the Museum with another performance of Test Transmissions this Thursday, 19th September, starting at 5.30pm.
The Stroud based spoken word performer presented the premiere of Test Transmissions From The Edge of the World during last weekend's Stroud Theatre Festival, to coincide with the intriguing visiting radio hut installation created by international artists Miniature Museum (the hut is outside the museum this week).
The show lasts around one hour, tickets cost £6, no need to book just turn up at 5.15pm this Thursday and enjoy an end of summer outdoor theatre performance (bring a warm coat or blanket!).
