The Giant Snowdrop Company from Hyde near Chalford became famous for propagating and popularising new varieties of snowdrop in the 1950s. See archival material from the company alongside 19th and 20th century scenes of Stroud by local artists as they record the change of seasons from winter to spring.
On display are paintings by W. E. Duncan Young, Betsy Foster and Joan Mary West.
