Hundred Heroines invite you to drop in and experience a performative art installation in the Garden Pavilion between 12noon and 3pm on Sunday 29 September. Meet artist Monica C LoCascio who harvests fermented bio-materials to weave together memories of the Stroud area, the textile history of Gloucestershire and the ‘dirty work’ of the women workers in the mills. This event is part of The Feminist Project for Rural Arts, generously supported by The Ampersand Foundation and organised by Hundred Heroines.
