Periscope invite you to enter the landscape of the lark - a place of wide- open grassland and vast skies, a dynamic space that is shared by many. Co-create an eco-system of drawings, words, stories, and memories: Who lives on the common, who works there, who visits and why, and what does it mean to us all?
Inspired by Stroud’s special landscape of grassland commons, this immersive space invites you to draw and print with natural materials, make cyanotypes, model with clay, share stories, listen, and look.
This event is part of the broader Landscapes of the Lark project led by Stroud Valleys Project. The project is supported by the Cotswold National Landscape’s Farming in Protected Landscapes fund.
This is a FREE drop-in event for children and adults, running 11am to 3pm from Tuesday 22 to Saturday 26 August. All ages welcome.
