To celebrate the 50 years of Pride in the UK, we have invited Stroud District Council’s LGBTQIA+ group - known as Stride - to put on a display in The Space. Personal objects and photographs belonging to the group will sit alongside their reflections on finding and celebrating their identities and accomplishments.

The display is located on the first floor near the lift.

LGBTQIA+ stories are poorly represented in our collection and we would like to change this. Do you have LGBTQIA+ stories that you would like to be represented in the Museum? Do you have objects that you feel would tell a story of your experiences, or those of your family in the past?
