Enjoy a relaxed evening visit to the Walled Garden in all its summertime glory. Acclaimed classical guitarist James Watson will be playing some of his favourite pieces from the Garden Pavilion. Sit awhile and listen, either inside the Pavilion or outside on the terrace, or meander along the winding pathway and enjoy the sound of music drifting across the borders as the light changes and day turns towards night. The Pavilion, with its open glass doors, provides shelter if it rains, and refreshing drinks will be on sale.
Doors open at 7pm, music between 7.30pm and 9pm with a break half way through, Garden and Gallery close at 9.30pm. In the Art Gallery you can see ‘March of Mutability’, sculptures and drawings by Jon Buck, curated by Gallery Pangolin.
We encourage all visitors to bring their face coverings to wear inside the Gallery and entrance foyer (the Museum displays will not be open).
If you have yet to discover The Museum in the Park's Walled Garden you are in for a treat ... come and delight your ears and lift your heart with music in this special place!
