Although the Museum is closed until 25 January for our annual ‘deep clean’, today we’ll open the doors for a very special event - Stroud Wassail!
Come and welcome the wandering wassailers as they gather outside the Museum this afternoon and enjoy some midwinter merriment, music and morris dancing to see in the New Year. For full details about this winter folk festival see stroudwassail.com
Art Gallery, Walled Garden and Gift Shop open 11am to 4.30pm, but museum displays closed for conservation cleaning. Teas, coffees and hot chocolates available to buy all day and delicious mulled apple juice will be on sale in the afternoon. We look forward to seeing you!
