Walled Garden, Gallery & Museum Late Openings

Thursdays & Fridays: 9, 10, 30 & 31 May, 6pm – 8.30pm

We invite you to enjoy a rare chance to visit in the peaceful ‘after hours’ this May. Visit the exhibition of abstract paintings by Pete Hoida in the gallery, or enjoy a quiet stroll around the beautiful Walled Garden outside. Ask us if you’d like to look around the museum displays full of fascinating artefacts relating to the history and life and landscape of the Stroud district. If you are an artist or art student you are welcome to bring your sketchbook and enjoy time looking and drawing.

May is a particularly special month to visit the Walled Garden - every day there is something new to appreciate, and the magnificent irises are taking centre stage against a backdrop of blossom.

Drinks available to buy in the Museum foyer.

Free entry, no need to book, donations welcome.
